Project Radio99Prozent

Radio99Prozent (R99P) is a podcasting and radio project related to the Occupy movement. R99P broadcasts discussions and talks about topics, which are issues of the protest manifesting in the Occupy movement. R99P has an educational mission, helping the society improving the knowledge about its processes and structures. Therefor the mission of R99P is truly political. R99P wants to help to improve the political awareness and activity in the society. R99P aims to provide an alternative to the traditional mainstream media. Everybody can join R99P to contribute his/her own vision, no technical/formal/editorial constrains limit the community effort.

As a long term goal it is essential to build up a decentralized network of activists providing content for R99P. Knowledge about the process of production and distribution needs to be shared, to make the project robust against failure or attacs.
